Transforming the Grid
Whether 1x1 or 1,000,000x1,000,000, OPENSOURCE will display works that strive to transform, alter, convert, metamorphose, mold, mutate, revolutionize, switch, transfigure, translate, transmogrify, transmute, or transpose a grid or pattern. The show will encompass broad and unusual interpretations of the grid, including but not limited to social, political, and spatial transformations.
Opening Reception: August 18, 7 - 10pm
Show dates: Thursday, August 18 - 28
OPENhours: Fri 2-7, Sat 11-4, Sun 11-4 (both weeks of the show)
SHOWtime: Friday, August 19, 9 - 11pm
We'll be showing a grid-themed movie. Popcorn and beverages provided!
