Negativland: A Sound Event
Join OPENSOURCE Art and WEFT 90.1 in hosting Negativland as part of WEFT's 25th anniversary at OPENSOURCE on Friday, November 3rd at 7pm.
Suggested donation of $15 pays for the band's gas and expenses, with no profits going to OPENSOURCE or WEFT. Tickets will be sold at the door.
Negativland is an experimental music and sound collage band which originated in the San Francisco Bay Area in the late 1970s. Well known for their struggles with copyright laws, Negativeland are supporters of Creative Commons, an organization devoted to providing artists with a broader range of copyright options.
